DRESS CODE

What should I wear?

Formal attire but with a touch of country. Ball Gowns & Boots or a Collared Shirt & Cowboy Hat.

The event will have a range of ground covers but we recommend you wear boots or enclosed shoes. Your stilettos will not hold up out in the bush!

CAMPING

How much are the campsites?

The campgrounds are included in your ticket. Site locations will be 'first in best dressed', however there will be plenty of space to park up in the paddocks.

What equipment can I use for camping?

You can bring your tent, camper van, caravan or swag. Otherwise you can always sleep on the back of the ute under the stars.

When can I move my car?

All vehicle movement will be restricted within the camping area from 6pm on the night of the event til 7.30am the next morning. This is to ensure safety of all sleeping patrons. There will be a 'Parking Only' section if you are safe to drive home following the event. If you need to leave early the next morning you can also park in this section.

What if I'm not camping?

You are welcome to park in the 'Parking Only' section. This will allow you to depart the event on the night or before 7.30am the next morning. Please note we will be breathalysing drivers on exit.

Are there toilets & showers?

Yes there will be toilets. However we can't offer showers sorry!

When can I set up camp?

The camping gates will be open from 4:30pm for you to set up and get ready for the event. The event will start at 6pm with a 'Welcome Drink' on the front lawn. All vehicle access within the camping zone is restricted from 6pm.

Can I have a campfire?

Fire is strictly prohibited! There is a total fire ban within the regions during this time and is crucial to the safety of the event.

alcohol & Banned Items

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Alcohol is strictly limited to the event area. It is a licensed premises so please do not bring your own alcohol to the event. Your vehicle will be checked upon entry to the grounds.

What items are banned?

Items that are banned from the event:

Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
Alcohol brought in from outside of the event
Open / unsealed or partly full bottles of water, juice, soft drink etc (sealed /unopened bottles are fine to bring in)
Glass of any kind
Weapons of any kind
Fireworks, flares, fire twirling paraphernalia (sticks, balls etc)
Campfires are not permitted in the campgrounds
Generators
Any containers of liquid fuel (kerosene, petrol, diesel etc)
Drones
Laser Lights
No portable cooking devices
No gas lanterns
No butane gas cylinders
No gas bottles (other than those within a purpose-built RV, campervan &/or caravan, and must be certified, fitted and gas bottles must be in date as per manufacturer’s recommendation)
Couches, bean bags or large furniture items
Protest paraphernalia and banners
Culturally sensitive items and attire
Clothing, jewellery or accessory displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organisations or any “declared organisation” within the meaning of the Crimes (Criminal Organisation Control) Act 2009 is not permitted.
Strictly no animals (with the exception of service or assistance animals, such as guide dogs)
Any other items considered illegal or dangerous

security & ID

Will I need my ID?

Yes, we will be checking tickets and ID upon entry to the ground for the event. Please note this is an 18+ only event.

Will the event have security?

Yes, there will be a range or security and services at the event to ensure the safety of all patrons.
