Role Descriptions:

Traffic & Parking Control -  Help instruct where vehicles should park. Ensure people park in an orderly fashion

 

Bar Staff - Serve drinks from one of the event bars. This will be a paid role as it is for a 7 hour shift. RSA is needed and will need to be supplied to us.

 

Raffle Ticket - Roam the welcome drinks and early main event selling raffle tickets.

 

Food Service - Help the chefs by serving food at the stand. No money will need to be exchanged in this role.

 

Ticket Scanner - Scan patrons tickets as they enter the event, provide them with a wristband & drink card.

 

Event All Rounder - These roles will help keep things ticking along. Such as topping up the bar drinks or putting out more water bottle etc.
